Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as
we receive it. Many of our items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. On occasion it may take extra days to get your order out if we are waiting for a new shipment to come in. Your patience in this case is greatly appreciated. If the item(s) you ordered is not in stock or is on back order, you will be notified via email or a phone call so that you have the opportunity to choose to wait for your item to come in or remove that item from your order. We have a flat rate for our shipping cost that includes our gas, shipping supplies, handling and actual postage.
Options for faster delivery:
UPS Second Day ($18.00 total shipping costs) *11:00am cutoff.
UPS Overnite ($24.00 total shipping costs) *11:00am cutoff.
*Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional charge so please call or email for the cost for this option. This is a very expensive shipement choice.
*Rushed Orders will be shipped out the same day if ordered prior to 11am. Orders received after 11am will be shipped out the next business day. Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the Monday following the weekend if all items are in stock.

We accept payments through Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks and Phone Orders. You are welcome to order over the phone with me if you don't like to place orders over the internet. Call Kristy directly at 919-538-8243.

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. You may return any item within 10 days of receipt. As soon as we have received your merchandise and there are no signs of wear or damage, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges. It is suggested that you ship back with insurance to cover you in case the item is damaged on the way back to me. Please send all returns to the following address:

We honor all manufacturers warranties that we sell which is 30 days from date of you purchase/shipment transaction. Please hold on to your receipt for proof of purchase.
